Local Handicraft

During long winter evenings in Valsavarenche, many people work wood, wool and cotton creating many particular handicraft objects, so this activity is really appreciated here. Many of these creations are exposed and sold at the “fiha di-s-artisan”, taking place every first Sunday of August in Valsavarenche, and of course in any other fairs in AostaValley, the most important is the millenarian “Sant'Orso Festival” on 30th and 31st January in Aosta.
