Our house dates back to 1800. The restructuring was designed and built respecting nature and the structure that already lent itself to this type of service. The timber used was recovered and reused to cover the main front, rear and all the doors in the house. Behind the house starts the path of the King, the King's old mule track that leads to the royal hunting lodge, where the King Vittorio Emanuele II usually spent long periodi.Today the "king home" has become a research center for Universities and National training for the protection of the Mountain Environment. Passed the House Royal, after about 15 minutes, you get in Djouan pasture (about 2.300mt altitude) managed by us. For those who comes to visit us in the summer, we organize visits to mountain pasture, with the possibility of trying to milk (by hand), go to the pasture, to see the processing of milk that is transformed into Fontina cheese. This because we are farmers and in summer our cows together with other, move to Pasture to spend the summer months. In winter our cows spend the winter in the barn, you can visit and see the milking. Of course you can buy our fresh and aged cheeses.

We dispose of six double rooms (possibility of adding third bed) all with private bathroom and independent access, a common breakfast room with small kitchen (for breakfast) electric hotplate, fridge, sink.
